BURGUNDY LEATHER

This listing is for a thick and sturdy burgundy Italian Leather. Its strong structure will gradually soften over time with use. It has a soft almost waxy like finish which will mark with use creating a natural patina. Scratches can be lessened with buffing with a cloth but oveall this leather will show its memories on the surface making a lovely one of a kind bag. The reverse of this leather is smooth black.

These hides are special one off hides we have in stock, this means we can only make a limited amount of items from it and it's unlikely to be a colour or finish we will have available again!

Also note your bag will differ slightly to those shown in the images due to the natural finish of the leather we use, this is all part of the handmade process and will make your bag even more unique to you!

Leather ages naturally over time, this is its natural patina, ingrained with all your memories and travels together. Try to avoid getting your leather wet, if it does, wipe clean with a cloth and allow to dry out naturally. If your leather begins to crack techniques such as using leather moisturisers or oils can help soften it. Be sure to test any product on a small area not easily visible as some may cause slight discolouring of your leather. Please note some leathers may transfer colour slightly onto light coloured materials.
