Damaged/Faulty - If an item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 14 days of receipt with evidence of your purchase order, delivery details and reasoning for return. A full refund or exchange will be offered once the damaged goods have been returned within 28 days of the first appeal. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Changed your mind? - If you change your mind about a purchase you may return the item within 14 days of your purchase date as long as the item is in its original, unused condition. This is your 'cooling-off' period. You must contact us providing your purchase order details, item name and your reason for return. Once the item has been returned you will receive a full refund. Personalised Items - Please be aware that personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged. See above for details on returning damaged goods.
